Learning in order to Keep Moving Forward.

A Message from Mr. Heimfeld

May26

Hello Carnation families! I hope your students have enjoyed their library books over the past couple of months. As the school year winds to a close, it is time to bring these books back to the library.

We are asking you to return your library books the week of May 25. This will give library staff enough time to quarantine, disinfect, and re-catalog all books before the end of the school year. You will receive a separate email from the school listing your child’s specific library books; please begin looking for them now!

Library drop-off will be available at parent pick up during the following times:

May 25, 7:30-10:30 AM

May 26, 7:30-10:30 AM

May 27, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

May 28, 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM

Please make sure if you arrive between 11-12 on 5/27 and 5/28 and also plan to pick up meals, that you have placed a meal order.

Please bring your books inside plastic bags (we will have some plastic bags available as well) and place them in the marked location.

If you have any questions or concerns about this process, please email me at heimfeldb@rsd407.org. Thank you for your support of the library!

Mr. Heimfeld
