It’s that time of year where 5^th graders get to learn about their bodies and the glorious transformations they will be enjoying soon (i.e. Puberty).  Sometimes, these lessons can cause an uptick usage of certain terminology or discussion topics.  The guidelines that we share with students on the first day (and every day) are as follows.

The key that we remind them of again and again is that yes, you may discuss these ideas…WITH TRUSTED ADULTS!
