A note came home on Monday with final details about camp.  Students that are taking medications must have a doctor’s signed note, and the medications should have been turned into the office by May 12.  If you have not taken care of this, please do so ASAP.  Any documents you still need can be found on the “Camp Forms” page.  I am adding the note that was sent home on Monday in this post in case you have not seen it.  I do need the bottom portion returned so that I know what the plan is on Friday, June 2, when we return from camp at 12:30.  Your student is expected to be picked up at that time.  Thanks for getting those plans to me before we leave on Tuesday.
