Camp Waskowitz: Evening Activities

We learned more about latitude and longitude, and then found some Waypoints with our GPS machines here in camp. Students had a good time, despite the ant hill they all reported finding.
We had a busy morning taking our field trip within our Camp experience. We visited the Cedar River Watershed. This is a protected site by Seattle Public Utilities. We were escorted by a docent from the Seattle Public Utilities. The students had a wonderful time learning about where our water comes from.
